Compounding is a medical practice in which it allows a practitioner to prescribe and a pharmacist to prepare a customized medication in various dosage forms to meet a specific patient's need. Unavailable medication can be compounded by our specialized pharmacists using pharmaceutical grade chemicals and specialized equipment into a formulation best suited for that specific individual. Here at Pacific Side Pharmacy we offer the convenience of a compounding center right inside our pharmacy. Our compounding pharmacy can obtain the neccessary drug as a bulk chemical to prepare a customized medication in the appropriate strength and dosage to solve each patient's specific health issue. Our specialists combine individual formulation techniques with modern medical knowledge to provide a product developed especially for you!  Our pharmacists at Pacific Side Pharmacy have received extensive additional training in compounding techniques.
